Cancellation Policy
I DO NOT take clients if 10+ minutes late. It will be considered a no-show with a 100% fee.
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours or you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Same day cancellations as well as no call-no shows will automatically be charged 100% of the appointment plus a standard 20% gratuity.

Please don’t come in if you aren’t feeling well! Reschedule your appointment for any type of Covid, cold or flu like symptoms. Client is still subject to 50% fee if appointment is not rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment.
